Some of their products look good for the price, but it's not about the product; it's about the customer service should you need it (and when buying cheap products, there is always a chance you'll need it). They may have refund and warranty policies listed on their website, but they certainly don't honour any of them. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer experience of my entire life. They apologize profusely for your "inconvenience" and then just keep inconveniencing you by stalling, asking for video and photographic evidence, making you jump through hoops, hoping to wear you down. In the end, they succeed. They will most likely respond to this review with, "We're very sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you've had with us so far," and then they will proceed to do nothing!
I spent $350 and received a faulty product. I immediately contacted them, and after two weeks of giving me the run-around, they offered me $100, and I get to keep the busted machine. What a deal! I accepted it just to put an end to the whole disgusting experience.
Vevor is a cesspool of corporate incompetence, arrogance, and greed. Their customer service is an exercise in frustration; they are a joke, and their ethics are severely lacking.
Never again; take your business elsewhere.
