Firs time I tried ViaScreens and I must say that my experience is great.
I ordered the matte screen protection for my XPS 17 and I'm high satisfied with the quality. From ordering to shipment and receiving the goods was smooth.

Sceen came 3 weeks late after paying almost 50$ having it overnighted then was wrong size so sent back never got refund got bank involved then recieved nasty email from them saying since i got my bank involved they will now never give my refund
