The entire company is fake. You place an order which just collects your credit card info. There is no actual company. My card immediately had fraudulent purchases after the transaction (which never actually went through), and of course Discover cancelled the card and removed all the transactions. This page, as well as their Facebook and Instagram pages, all have fake 5 star reviews from new accounts with no friends. Stay far away; already reported to the Attorney General.

No confirmation email. No response to chat. Fake reviews! Buyer beware! After putting in my CC information, total said $0, but had a "thank-you for your order message." They just want your CC info!

An email with your order number never arrives after placing an order. Worse yet, when you attempt to email support about the problem, they simply reply with non-helpful stall tactics instead of answering such a simple question. I finally had to give up and order my part from another website. Who could be so cruel to someone trying to give them business? Why not try to be helpful instead? This whole strange ordeal greatly delayed getting my part! Do not use these jokers for any reason.

Caveat emptor. Don't trust them. I placed an order, they gave an order #. Their chat (Adam) said they had stock and could ship. Returned the following day to check status, they said no order existed. Chat with Adam "order cancelled" no further chat from them. Emailed they said they were out of stock and refunded CC. This sounds like a non-reputable nor reliable business. They have delayed my project.

All went really smooth with great communication. I love this company. Great products and fast shipping.

I ordered a toilet seat 15EC 034 & did not get it. When I contacted them on chat, they would not answer me. When I looked at the toilet seat they had it marked double the price that is on my order. I would not trust this company & everybody needs to stay away from buying anything from them. I even contacted them before I ordered it & they said, it was in stock. This was very deceiving & they are crooks. In a store if they have it priced wrong they will sell it to you & them change the price. I would give no star if I could!

Ordered an item online. No email response of any kind. Waited a week or so and did an online chat with them... the order "was not processed". No reason given, so I asked. Answer: the item is not in stock. Wow. Didn't let me know... They went on in very bad English to explain a little... "We are really sorry the product is out of stock. Before there was already many people ordered this item. Once stock back we sure inform via email. And you will get your full refund". Nope. No way. I advise others to stay far, far away.

I received my order a few hours earlier than expected. It was in pristine condition. I will use this company again. Thank you.

DO NOT ORDER. This is a website that offers fake products. When you provide payment you will never receive confirmation or your product. Switch your C. C. info and place a stop payment on funds. There are several fake reviews out there to lure customers. Go to the address it is not legit.

After order was placed the attached screen shot appeared. Note the date shows 3/11/22, when I ordered on 11/2/22. The order fields are zero and I did not receive an email confirmation. Used their chat to inquire about my order and no response. They have my cc number.

Valuable products. They deliver in 8 Working days. I select free shipping. I am going to place next order now.

Like others I placed an order which resulted in an order number. My credit card was not charged, and I did not receive an email order confirmation as you would expect. Five days later customer service does not answer calls and the "chat agent" seems like a bot with standard responses. I should have known because the pricing was too good to be true.

The prices were the best I found anywhere. Shipping was super fast and I'm really pleased with quality. Thanks for making my little grandsons birthday a happy one!

After trying on 3 browsers and using 2 different credit cards, an order number was generated each time but the amount was 0.00. Finally got on their chat, and every time was referred to their billing department, which I have come to believe does not exist. Chat and email are not helpful. Don't waste your time ordering from this company.

Great selection and fast shipping! I actually messed up my shipping address and noticed it right after I placed the order. Customer service was awesome and they were able to fix the address in just a few minutes. Everything seems to be of great quality and at better prices than I found on other websites.

This company must have the smartest customers. Not a single word misspelled and fairly decent grammar for all positive reviews. This is always a 'red flag' to me...indicates cut/paste or bot created. The prices lure customers in but can't make me take the bait.

I ordered an item and never received a confirmation. I put in my information and the total came to be 0.00. So I tried to contact the company by the telephone number listed on their website several times and it is bogus. Do NOT! Order from this company.

Customer service and response times were perfect. Had an issue with a misplaced delivery not reaching couriers. They replaced the item and resent to me. Would recommend.

Just wondering if any of the customers that think or thought this is a fake / scam company ever reported it to the Better Business Bureau?

I'm glad I looked up the reviews...I'd been patiently waiting on a response from the chat line...waited forever. Then I started browsing other appliances and saw a very nice gas range priced at $222...? A gas range that definitely costs well over $1000+...then I got suspicious and looked for reviews...

I was looking for some furnace filters and found them the cheapest on this site. After several days, I had not received any confirmation emails. I reached out via chat to a CS rep named "Adam Kjaergaard" who seemed surprised and who replied that he would have one sent. This never happened. When I reached out to inquire as to the status, he said that he would again check. After a few attempts at following up, I requested that they resolve the issue or cancel the order. They choose to cancel my order without any additional efforts on their part. I'm moving on as the aggravation and delays are not worth the extra couple of bucks I'd save.
