I'd like to share my honest experience with Volza. I noticed a discrepancy between their claim of being a USA-based company and the fact that their team operates from India, and only the CEO is an American, which raised questions about trustability. The data provided was limited, confusing, and lacked critical details, making it challenging to use effectively. The salesperson I spoke to "Prince", was not transparent on the data availability when I asked for Thailand bill of lading data, he gave me shipping data and said it was the same. Although the pricing is really cheap and makes it look valuable with the multiple users provided. When I sought a refund due to the service not meeting my expectations, the process was exceptionally difficult, with continued charges forcing me to block my card. I do not recommend anyone to spend money on this company.

This page posted my full name and my mom adress, we are not a seller I don't understand why this page posted my mom information are you seriously my mom was victim of internet fraud, any page not allow to post her personal information on the internet, I try to contact the business by email but they just ignored me. I need this people to removed everything right aways our I will contact the USA victim protection page, and they will get legal action.

When I initially came across Volza, I was intrigued by their claim of being a USA-based company. However, as I delved deeper into my interaction with them, it became evident that their operations are primarily based in India, with only the CEO being an American. This discrepancy in location raised questions in my mind about the company's trustworthiness, as their representation didn't align with reality.

Furthermore, the data provided by Volza proved to be limited, confusing, and lacking critical details. This made it exceedingly challenging to use effectively for the purposes I had in mind. This lack of transparency and incorrect information left me feeling misled and frustrated. It was the prospect of having access for multiple users that initially piqued my interest, but the actual service did not meet the standards I had hoped for.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money on Volza. It pains me to say this, but their services did not meet my expectations, and their customer support was lacking in transparency and reliability. I believe there are better alternatives available that can provide the data services you need without the complications and frustrations I encountered with Volza.
