I bought items from this seller on 7th May 2011 and paid using Paypal. I have not received my goods. They do not answer telephone calls or emails. Trying to open a dispute with Paypal but as seller asks you to allow up to 28 days for delivery this leaves little time to get a dispute up within the 45 day deadline.
How I hate that people can take your money and get away with it - puts me off buying anything on the internet.
Ordered some shoes, never got them and tried contacting them for 3 weeks with no luck. I think this site is a scam and would not recomend anyone use it.
I have being shopping with wearoffyoursandals.com since 2009, i have never encounter an issue with them, they have very good prices and i would recommend them.
I am from London and i think their customer service is good even though there are still room for improvement, i have shop on other website that is much worst!
