First off, they seem to be seeding this review website. Notice that all reviews are either %100 positive or %100 negative.
My experience is %100 negative. Paid bunch of money, I had no personal access to edit site, email service was way subpar. When I complained loudly, they hung up the phone, soon my website went dead, my email service stopped.
Real scam all the way

Website Cruise created an outstanding website for me. I was assigned with Kevin and Rachel Harris on my Website. I am not TECH SAVVY at all but the team at Website Cruise was so patient and their process was so smooth that I just had to give them approvals on the awesome work they did, the process was very easy, and fast. They are a proper scam company! After spending thousands they shut our website down always demanding more money for made up things when we finally said no more they took our website that we have paid in full for down they are horrible waste of money people DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS sadly we didn't do enough research to know this first! Save your money for real website developers we spent wayyyy more in the long run only to end up with nothing

These guys are shady as ever. The website fee will increase each week they work on it. They will continue to tell you things that you "must have" that should have been presented up front. They can't edit to save their lives. They are slopping and not professional.

Very disappointed with the work and how long it took, all I was looking for was a upgrade to website which I had which was a little outdated.
All they had to do was copy it and make it updated to 2022 standard. They seemed not to be interested in what my site was about.
All the project manager was interested in was asking how long did I want the rights to the intellectual property for the pages I had paid for.
When I was asked for my feedback on the work they had done, I gave my honest opinion and the reply I got was it's not the finished project and this is the design that you approved at the start.
I am so disappointed with the whole experience I am walking away from the deal and not even interested in the website they have built. I would not recommend them at all.
If you are looking for a website builder do your home work or this could be you.

There was a time when I was continuously calling them up as I did not like the initial designs. However, their continuous and rigorous effort to make sure I get what I was hoping for is what kept me going with them and alas, I was met with a result quite more satisfying than what I expected! Website Cruise is definitely a safe haven for website development and designing. Highly recommended!

They start out with $700 to design my site. Taylor the chat person told me that it takes about 2-3 weeks to complete. I said what if I pay you $1,000 (they took the money) and guaranteed me 10 days turnaround. Wrong! It took 4 weeks. I supplied all the design, videos, and everything that was needed. They're not in California but somewhere in the Indian time zone. Once they finished the design then here comes all the add-on that was NEVER explained to you from the beginning or during the process. Now, I have to pay for hosting, some type of IP, and ADA. I looked at many sites about ADA. 95% of sites don't have any on them but I have to pay $2750 for my site to work or get shut down. The total came out to be $8,000. I signed up for 10 years' pay. However, after 3 months, ads start appearing on my site. They blamed spyware and other kinds of stuff. I guaranteed you that they put those ads there. They kept everything in-house so how on earth my site can be effect by outside? I'm not even going to ask how much more it would cost to remove those ads. I'm tired of this piece of S##t lying company. They will take you through the wringer. They don't care or offer to fix the problem but just want to find more ways to charge you money.

This is the absolute worst website company. If you're smart you will stay far away from any dealing with them. They advertise great deals, but in the long run, it will cost you thousands, and thousands of dollars. They are money sucking leeches!

I have been working with Website Cruise since 2020, and they manage and maintain my entire Website and SEO marketing.

To be precise, we started with a normal website, and they did an exceptionally well presentable website and then we started on branding and then SEO of the website.
I also retained them to do the maintenance on my website which they do at very nominal price.

Furthermore their marketing team takes care of my SEO and it has made my life very easy. I get new clients' every other day. I couldn't thank them more for the efforts and time they give into my business.

I am an old and satisfied client and I highly recommend them for any sort of work that you need.

I wish I would have seen more reviews when I was doing my research. Website cruise is not a company you want to work with. They are constantly asking for more money after you had just paid. They do not respect your time and will constantly sends texts and calls until you do respond. I am a nurse working long hours and they will get frustrated if my response is a day late, however when you have a scheduled call they are late to call. I am very dissastisfied and am out thousands of dollars. This company is quite frankly a scam and I would never want anyone to work with them. I am supposed to have my own rights to my website, but can't even edit or add blogs myself... Let me just warn you to RUN now.

Website Cruise team helped me with converting my old website for a brand new one, they did all the branding and they have done a great job. I recommend using them for your website and branding needs.

At the start Website Cruise seemed fine, answered my questions but as soon as I paid them the deposit they took 7 days to send through a design, even though they said it would only take 24 hours.

The design they sent bak was very poor, they sent through another design, which is when I found out they were using pre-made template that you can buy off Theme forest for $49 and here I paid them $999 for a template.

At the start websitecruise said they did not use templates and custom designed their websites, so they have lied to me.

When I try to call websitecruise they no longer answer my calls and have blocked me.

I have not heard anything from them for 3 weeks now and asked a refund and this is when they called me back abusing and threatening me if I asked ofr a review, this really shocked me.

I called my bank and was able to get a charge back on my credit card so I got all my money back.

I will never use websitecruise.com.au and hope that know one else has to go through what I went through.

I hired this company in July of 2022 to build a website for my new small business. They quoted me a price and said it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. They said if I paid an extra fee, I could have it in 1-2 weeks, but I declined because the original timeframe worked just fine for me. When the time came to go live, they approached me about hosting. I was going to host with GoDaddy but they insisted that I needed a dedicated server. When I couldn't pay the outrageous fee, they decided that I didn't need a dedicated server after all, and they convinced me to purchase some other hosting deal they had on special. I ended up paying 3 years in advance. 7 weeks later, my website went live. It was a mess! There were typos, text and buttons left over from the WordPress template they used, inconsistencies between the desktop and mobile versions, the contact form didn't work, and the user registration plug in didn't send notifications. They tried to tell me it was impossible to be notified by email when a new client registered. Instead, they wanted me to continuously refresh the dashboard all day to check for new users. How insane is that? 1 month later, my contact forms still weren't working. I watched 20 YouTube videos on WordPress plug ins and fixed the issue myself. At that point, the trust (and respect) was gone so I hired a second website company to clean up their messy work and maintain my website going forward. When I hired the second company, they needed the login credentials. Website Cruise dragged their feet, and it took days to get the password. When I told them I was switching hosting companies (after only one month of the 3 years I paid for) they told me I would have to pay $500 for the database files and FTP funnel. Thank God I knew not to trust them, because my new website company transferred the website for free. Just when I thought I was done with this company forever, I get an email from Pixsy demanding $1800 for unauthorized use of an artist's image. The shady website designers at Website Cruise apparently don't pay for the images they use on their client's websites. When I approached Website Cruise about it, they blamed me. They said that it was my responsibility to make sure the images THEY USED were licensed for commercial use. How does that make sense? They said it all could have been avoided if I would have paid them an extra fee (noticing a trend with the extra fees?) to copywrite my website. How does copywriting my website help with unauthorized use of someone else's images? You can only copywrite original images and text.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. It was (and will always be) one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. They are classic bait and switch scam artists that use unauthorized images on your website. It's not even a US based company. A simple project that should have cost me $700 has turned into a $5000 nightmare. Buyer beware!

I hired them and paid for service never completed.

I requested a refund.

After 3 months, still waiting for my refund.

This company is a scam, they are not based in Australia. They are using false addresses here and should be reported to ACCC

www.websitecruise.com.au are not an Australian business. They told me that they were located in Australia at 220 Collins St, Melbourne VIC but when I ask them to meet face to face they say they have no one there.

When I investigate websitecruise.com.au online I can see they're actually located at 1423 Ashen Flock Ct, Katy, TX *******, United States

When ever they get a bad review they post up lots of positive reviews straight away which looks strange.

https://www.websitecruise.com.au does not offer refunds either, so be careful about that.

Search around online as you will see other bad reviews for https://www.websitecruise.com.au

Do your homework first and stay away from www.websitecruise.com.au as you will be dissapointed.

As a not for profit website I found that they dont all the information at the commencement.As person not tech savvy it is not suitable for me, It is ok for a website that is involved in business.
