This is an excellent company. They have been a "go to" vendor for me for over 15 years. I have been in a custom scented private label business 35 years and the fragrances and products I buy from them are some of my customer's favorites. They have always been more than helpful with any question or issue, especially when I forget something or order the wrong item. They truly care about their customers and work very hard on the best quality products one can offer.
I've been ordering from WBO for some years now; once upon a time, I loved their Egyptian Musk... now? Its definitely watered down, & barely scented. Uncut Egyptian Musk is a rich, golden brown color; this batch is pale yellow & I can't identify what it smells like. I've worn this scent for 30+ years & am WELL AWARE of what it's supposed to look & smell like; this ain't it, & I'm disturbed by the lack of customer service when the so-called owner was confronted about it. Your return policy isn't clearly stated, & me buying it doesn't mean it'll be used immediately... it's fragrance oil, & I should be able to open it whenever (and a couple of months definitely should affect it's strength; I've owned 16 oz bottles for YEARS that smelled just as good as day 1!). Now, let's see if a review that isn't very complementary actually makes it to public view. :)

I saw some negative review on youtube from a woman saying she was going to take the company down. At that time I had already placed my first order and was waiting for it. The perfumes arrived in perfect condition. All the scents were spot on and had good strength. I placed a second order. It arrived also in pristine condition. The man who filled the first order also filled the second order and wrote a hand note that I had placed the order after Fed Ex pick up that day. So it looks like a man who loves to do his job on top of his job. Today I placed a third order.

Order inspired fragrances that you already know what they smell like and like.

There availability ships in 1-2 business days. Its very good shipping and qualitythey started the business but when client asked about their quality controls, there was no return comment.

Greetings I order over 10 cosmetic white jars and I know the company didn't make them, but I sure wish they had liners in the tops so that the product doesn't leak out, some of my scrubs are seaping out and I have to put aluminum foil over the jar before I screw the top on that's extra work and to be honest I not order the containers again and I am screwing the lid on to the max and it shouldn't be like that, but I love this place but just those containers are not to good at all for me and I recommend they change vendors or get some container liners to be sold separately, because it's not the best containers all they are good size, but the products are coming out a bit much thank you.
I have purchased Whole Sale Body Oils for years and love how long the scent last and the price is right.
The oils worked wonders, they are at the most affordable price there is, very good products, works wonders within a short period of time. I short, I really enjoyed their products

None...all of this latest batch isn't right. They're ALL watered down.
We are very taken aback by this review as we have not done business with you since December of 2020 and have not had any contact from you since February of 2021. We are unsure where this is coming from as this appears to be the first and only time you have ever had a problem with anything you have ordered from us.
Orders placed prior to August 2014 have been archived in an old system so I am unable to see if you have placed orders before 2014. The records we can see show a total of 4 orders from 2016 to 2020. I only see one order with Egyptian Musk and it was the order from December 2020 – a 4oz size. It would appear that you have not ordered our version of this fragrance at all before or it was ordered prior to 2014. Your reviews also mention 16oz bottles and you did not order any 16oz bottles from us on those 4 orders. I only mention that as hopefully this review is supposed to be for us and not another company. It would not be the first time we have received reviews that were supposed to be for another company.
It is important to mention that there is no original Egyptian Musk fragrance. This means that it is open to interpretation and any perfumer who makes it can create an entirely different version from the next perfumer who makes it. Fragrances that have no original will have several different versions of it being sold under the same name. Being familiar with one version of it does not necessarily mean you are familiar with them all since they can be totally different fragrances. We completely agree with your suggestion to get samples and we also recommend that our customers do this – especially with fragrances like this one.
Our Egyptian Musk has always been a light, clean fragrance and has never been strong or brown in color. Our fragrance manufacturers are members of the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and there have been some slight changes to the fragrances over the years. Phthalates were removed in 2015 and allergens are either replaced with a similar alternative or are used in smaller percentages. These changes have been for the better but there is a possibility that a fragrance is slightly different from what it once was several years ago.
Another very important note is that an UNCUT Body Oil does not exist. The word “uncut” implies that it contains only fragrance and nothing else. The only truly uncut form of fragrance out there would be an Essential Oil. Essential Oils are base essences and they cannot be applied neat or straight on the skin without being diluted or “cut”. If you were to use an undiluted Essential Oil, it would have a very good chance of burning your skin or causing irritation. The fragrance also would evaporate quickly and not stick around very long. Fragrance molecules are volatile so without a carrier oil or fixative for the fragrance to hold on to, the scent would disappear as the molecules evaporate. We have never claimed that our oils are uncut and have always been very transparent with our customers about this. Our Body Oils have always been made to the highest concentration that is safe to wear on the skin.
Unfortunately, we do not have a call recording from our last conversation and it is difficult to remember details from 8 to 10 months ago. The only details we can see is that you called in almost 2 months after receiving the order to file a complaint. Our return policy is posted on our information page. Our information page also mentions that discrepancies with an order should be reported within 3 business days of receipt to ensure no tampering has occurred. This time limit is also so we can ensure that improper storage isn’t a factor and so we can test the current batch for quality control.
It is unfortunate when disagreements arise from a misunderstanding in policy and we apologize if our policies were unclear. Disagreeing with a policy does not make it wrong and it is not rude or unprofessional to explain our policies and everything mentioned above. Fragrances are highly subjective and there are so many variables and factors involved. We hope you have a better day and are able to find the version of Egyptian Musk that you prefer
For this order, I immensely satisfied for receiving my package for only 40-50days.
These are extremely inaccurate, they don't last the very first hour and some of the bottles I got came damaged. Would not recommend at all, not worth the money. One of the bottles were filled with lemon cologne, it was draining very easily out of the bottle and had no grease on it, which ensures that it is something but not an oil, as described.
I also haven't been informed of the custom charges, they don't tell you anything and you have to pay extra for the customs. Hurts more since you pay shipment by 12$ a bottle.
When I contacted the customer service, they said I was lying about testing them and comparing, like how do you know better?!
Tip for consumers:
Don't water down the "oils", and actually give good products. The reviews on your site are all fake, may need to improve that one too.

I was in charge of organizing a girlfriend's birthday party and I thought it would be a nice gift to make and decorate personalized bottles of essential oils. I had seen some DIY videos on youtube and it looked like a fun project for my daughter and I to do one weekend. One of the DIY blogs that I was reading linked me to this website, so I took a look at what they were selling. They had both kits and items in bulk, which was great for me since I also needed the tools. It was a great place to get everything I needed and at a great price. I also think that this is a small shop run by a single person, so I like supporting small businesses, even if they are online. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the essential oil gifts were a huge success. Yay!
