Delivered this morning and its already installed replacing the one that failed. Thank you for the prompt service. I'm still stunned that I could not find the direct wired, interconnected First Alert model in the area big-box hardware/lumber retailers.
I placed an order from this company and received a confirmation that they would ship within 2-5 business days. When this didn't happen I contacted the company and was told by a "gatekeeper" that someone would call me back because they didn't have a customer service line. RED FLAG #1. The next day, since I had no response I sent an email. Still no response. The day after that I sent another email and again had no response. I tried calling again but the place was closed (Friday afternoon). I sent an email asking for my order to be canceled. I received an email confirming the cancelation, without an apology or an explanation. The "Customer Support" individual named, *, was insulting, and condescending and continued bantering back and forth via email with statements such as, "what do you want me to say?" "You must have a lot of time to email," and, "Stay positive only!" STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. Worst customer service ever. *redacted by admin
