“Persona Doesn't Work Properly”

I had to prove my identity on another website recently. They use Persona. It is a legit company! They wanted to take a photo, front and back, of my Driver's License. I don't like this, but they have a high trust rating. Then, they wanted to take a photo of me to compare. I did this long tedious procedure of slowly turning my head to the far left and then to the far right. I failed 3 times! I tried different rooms and lighting. It is a long, arduous process only to fail! Really? What a waste of time and effort!
