Zero customer service. WSJwine sends emails promising "free bonus" bottles with your next shipment, but they never arrive even though they charged the credit card in full. Deliveries are constantly delayed. Updates to your wine preferences are ignored and there are no managers available to assist with customer service issues. Emails to customer service are ignored. Terrible "subscription service".
Do not buy any wine from this company, this company is ridiculous, no customer service will not respond to calls or emails, read reviews first, I cannot believe there in business, bbb is next I hope these reviews wakes them up
I ordered a box of Cigars and a flyer came with it about a wine club. My wife was interested in it and decided to join. We paid for the wine and it never shipped out. We waited for 3 weeks for it to show up, it never did, we sent an e-mail asking wtf was going on they said theyd get back to us, its been 3 weeks now. We asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and nothing happened. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
