Women to Women

It's been a month since I placed my order, and I haven't received it yet. I've left 2 voice mails and 2 emails with no response from the company. They were quick to charge my card $70, but not quick to ship. Every time I call I get voicemail. No one is manning the phones. I will not be using them again. They are not the only circus in town. Banyan has lots of herbs for women's health that work just as good if not better.

After my review posted, and after I left a not so happy message on their answering machine at the clinic, I got a call back from Jessica. She was great! She apologized for the lack of communication and also updated me on their new suppliers so that supplements are being sent out much quicker. She also gave me her personal email for any further concerns.

I feel it's only fair to be merciful when they finally admit their mistake and try to make it good.

If I know that my friends and colleagues can "connect" with the website and get good service, then I shall start recommending them again. Because the supplements are second to none.

I placed an order on 4/9/16 and they quickly charged my card the 74.95 but its now 4/29 and the order has said "waiting fulfilment" since day one. I've sent two emails and tried calling three times. Nobody ever answers the phone so I left messages and no responses! I told them I wanted a refund in my last message so when I tried leaving an email tonight it gave me an error message stating the site had a problem. I may be out the money but I wil go all over the web letting people know about this money hole! Its terrible to use female issues to suck people in but I found what I needed elsewhere and it came in three days and a lot cheaper.

First let me just start that I was a patient for the gyn for SEVEN YEARS... In 2015, my husband and I decided to get pregnant and why wouldn't I want the same doctors I've been seeing all this time. Also, I never had any issues with appointments, billing or lady issues either. Now when I became pregnant, WOW did the service change. All of a sudden, I was being told misleading information (diff docs telling me different things)... It was a nightmare to schedule appointments and the billing department was HORRIFIC. To sum up a LONG story short, I was 4 monthes pregnant when I got a RANDOM letter in the mail signed by Dr Gandi stating that I am no longer a patient??!? Again 7 year patient, just thrown away. Of course, being pregnant, I was hysterically upset. What was I going to do now? Already 4 monthes along? With my first child? I of course called and spoke to another Dr, who advised me that Dr Gandhi doesn't issue those letters, the billing department does. They just sign them. Yes, you read that right.. The doctors just sign things without judgement or reading them.... So I call and speak to the Billing Manager, who literally told me that I was being let go because I ask too many questions and they don't have time for it. Aren't doctors supposed to answer questions? Isn't there job to keep as much stress off the woman as possible??? (fyi.. I honestly had 1-2 question a visit, max) Now, being pregnant, I was in tears pleading with this man to keep me a patient...and he had absolutely no remorse. NONE. "Its done, theres nothing you can do. We will not provide you service."
Now, I ended up finding a WONDERFUL doctor who delivered my healthy baby. But I had to share this horrible experience as a first time mom, for you and your childs sake, stay away from here. There are so many other local doctors that work in facilites that WANT to help you. The man running the office there, is by far, the RUDEST, MOST HEARTLESS MAN I've ever met.

I ordered my products on January 16th 2016 and still have not received them and cannot get seem to make contact with anyone! I have sent 2 emails without any acknowledgement. Trying to get my money back.

I ordered my pills over 3 weeks ago, they were to be to me in less than a week.
No word from them advising they were on back order, nor did they send me the partial order or even a note to update me of anything going on with the order.
They have only replied to 1 email I have sent asking what was going on with the order...
Have yet to hear back one way or the other, and to this day, no receipt of either order or shipment notice. I am not impressed with them at all. So at this point, I am unable to review anything but poor business by Women to Women at this time.
Feb 2015: Update, I have since this post, received a full refund back into my account.
I however will find similar vitamins elsewhere next time.

It's March 14th and I am still waiting on my Feb 12th order. Women to Women products are good but they are always out of stock. They have no problem charging my credit card monthly. I cancelled my subscription from April on and am waiting it out for my February and March orders. They are NOT proactive about communicating when there is a delay with your order. They do respond when I reach out to them for a status but the status is uninformative and they are never able to provide an estimated ship date. Too bad, good products but terrible business management. I'm looking elsewhere for similar products.

This site is all about trying to help women with hormonal issues but their main objective is to have you purchase their supplements and herbals which can be very expensive. Their herbal remedies made me feel sick and their vitamins were expensive, coming in individual daily packets that a person would be instructed to take 3 times a day. That was at least 14 pills a day which was entirely too much.

I sent the vitamins back for a refund which I did get without any problems.

The nutritional supplements from Women to Women saved me. My hot flashes are virtually gone... vaginal dryness has improved and intercourse is comfortable again. My mood has lifted and I feel confident again. The exercise and wellness suggestions were right on the money. Recently, the shipments decreased in price due to smarter shipping to save us money. I did have to stretch out the monthly shipments to two months. I am very small and the full dose was a little too much. After I figured that out, everything is now terrific! Women to Women changed my life! Their website is packed with such helpful information regarding hypothyroidism (low thyroid). From this, I was able to figure out what kind of testing to ask my doctor for, how to interpret my results, and how to take a natural approach to feeling BETTER than I ever have in my life. Love these ladies!
