We booked a Greatest Showman Christmas event at the City Hall Cardiff on the Friday 10th December., On the 7th we received an email to say the evernt had been cancelled but, no worries Tiger Tiger (a nightclub) had been booked with an Abba tribute ( and other acts). This most certainly was not acceptable and not what we had paid in full for, We were expecting the opulence of the City Hall and the Greatest Showman not a 2 rooms in a run down nightclub. We requested a refund and were informed no refund would be forthcoming, Police and Action Fraud advised.
Tip for consumers:
Don't send money direct to a bank account as you are not protected. Did ask to pay by card but these are not taken
