I have been a customer since Sept. Where I bought the policy online and said I had continuous coverage. I then find out I have to wait to receive benefits because they processed me as not having continues coverage. I spoke to customer service who filed a grievance and said I had to wait 30 days! WTF! I then said we need to expedite because I am not getting what I am paying for. They transfer me to a different department and the woman has an attitude saying she will do me a favor and forward email with proof of continuous coverage but it's not her job. I call back and nothing has been done and I'm being told I have to wait 30 days for them to process this THIS IS FRAUD PURE AND SIMPLE. What I paid for which is full benefits they are not providing I'm talking class action lawsuit situation here. Another sketchy dental insurance company. It's disgusting!
