First time home buyer
W & Y Homes Co Team has been very helpful in helping me find a great place in Toronto. Being a first time home buyer and new to the place as well, I was very lost as to how to find a place that would be within my budget as well as meeting the requirements of my family. A friend in the office recommended W & Y Homes Co and wasn't I thankful to him for getting me the address of the Toronto realtors. I must say April and Kevin were great. Their personal knowledge of the place helped a lot. It was easy for me to get accustomed with the neighborhoods with all the information that they provided. What was best about them was they were not in a hurry to pass me just with any property for me being a first time buyer. They were extremely patient in showing me around the town homes and condos and other properties that was available at hand. The one with which I finally settled down was in a friendly neighborhood with a great view and all the basic facilities available close by. Thanks to both of them for finding me my first and best home in Toronto.

I finalized the deal on the spot.
