I have been trying to get my Bitcoin from Xapo for 7 months. You go to customer care, and they ignore you.
They tried to keep my money. After I sent some emails they said that I will receive my money back in several working days. It's been 2 month, no track of my money and they are no longer responding. I had to report on forensic-watch com to get help.

I have been trying to get my btc back and it is the worst experience I have had with crypto. They will keep taking money from you and will start giving you silly excuses when it comes time for you to take your money back. Thanks to gavibrenaid.com, they helped me get everything back from them.
I cannot move my Bitcoin out of XAPO. I forgot my password and tried password reset three times. It has been over 52 hours and I never did receive the password reset. I checked spam and also called my internet service provider. They did a thorough search and advised that XAPO has not sent any emails in the past 3 days to my email address. Customer service does not respond.
XAPO HAS BY BITCOIN. I CANNOT GET THEM OUT.

It's been a good service for many years and still is, although they don't pay fees for you when moving BTC from faucets anymore.
When they offer details of deposit on their website using wire transfer, they never credit your xapo with the money you deposited to their account details.
They responded once and they did not respond after that and i have never received the money since its now three months. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
