I have 2.39BTC as a current balance and they refuse withdrawal without making another $650 deposit. Some story about my free account reaching a trading ceiling/limit, and upgrade is required to continue trading and withdraw funds. Customer support is absolutely obnoxious and rude and take a long time to respond. They are stealing your money. DON'T invest. P. S They copied OctaFx website, so everything on there is fake.
