I made an order online from XLR8 Performance. The prices seemed very competitive, very easy to navigate through their site. I made the order on a Thursday, payment cleared, and parts were supposed to be to me by Tuesday. I checked in with them on Wednesday to get an ETA. They were quick to respond, to say they were looking into it. Friday they informed me that I needed to pay an additional 375.00, before they ship. I sent a screen shot of a competitors site and one of their site, showing the same price. They still haven't corrected the price online, they claim is wrong. Now I have an Audi S4, with the transmission out waiting for the clutch I ordered, taking up space on my lift. Almost a week later I'm still waiting for parts I paid for. I had to contact them to inquire about my order. Now they don't want to ship, due to a supposed price change. If it was incorrect they should have contacted me before billing me. Seems like a big scam. Update 6/20/22 Company refuses to make good on the product sold. Refuses to give me representatives name. After waiting for parts that I ordered that they refuse to send, they say that they are issued a refund. This a great example of poor business ethics. This leaves me with waiting for a refund, needing to find parts elsewhere, which comes with a wait for shipping... again. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company or a kid trying to make sales from their parents basement?

Tip for consumers:
If you don't receive the order on time. Don't pay any more money to receive it. Just go for the refund.
