“Disabled customers should stay away”

I called at 8:00am on a Sunday morning to schedule a wheelchair accessible van pick up at 1:00pm. When the vehicle had not arrived by 1:10pm I called, the Customer Service Representative told me that the vehicle had just been dispatched, at 1:00pm and that the wheelchair accessible vans take longer to arrive. I reminded her that I asked to be picked up at 1:00pm, her response was that I didn't make that clear. I am not sure how much clearer I could have been, I needed a cab at 1:00pm. She really didn't care, said the vehicle would be there in 15 to 25 minutes. At 1:40 they still had not shown up, we had tickets to a movie that started at 2:00pm, since we were not going to make it in time, I cancelled the cab - informing that customer service representative that it was because the cab was 40 minutes late. She didn't care either. If you are disabled, as my son is, you don't have many options and it is disheartening when one of those options is a cab company who could not care less about their disabled customers.
