The store does pay, it gives extreme satisfaction to it's customers, taking care of their needs and giving them no reason for an argument.

I ordered my product 6/24/2020. They sent it from California, to New York, to Orlando Florida. It has been in Orlando for three days now! Today's date is 7/13/2020. What a joke to have to wait this long! Why wasn't product sent directly to Florida from California? Why did it go to NY at all? Won't be buying anything thing else from here if it that much of an issue for shipping!

Waited forever for my purchase to arrive. Finally got tired of waiting, I went to their useless website to find out where it was shipping from, found no information except to download their shipping app, so I downloaded the shipping app. When I opened the app it said my item had been delivered that very minute. I looked everywhere, and live on property no one can steal from, it was nowhere to be found. Contacted customer service and received no reply, Today I received an email a pen was shipped out today... We will see if actually arrives. Hopefully, the pen is all it's cracked up to be.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY". I SUBMITTED MY ORDER 7 WEEKS AGO AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING! IVE SENT 6 UNANSWERED EMAILS. I HAVE FILED NOTICE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FACEBOOK AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I guess now a days most or alot comes from the internet. But my experience was NOT A HAPPY... their customer service is apathetic.
No connection or positive guidance.

I ordered 3 months ago and have no received the product! Emailed and called the company and NO response!

This company sent me an electronic acupuncture pen in a zip lock bag. It was intended as a gift so I just wasted money on this. I emailed them twice, I never got a response. I requested a return label so I can return it and they can send me a new one... but I was never contacted by this company! If I can only give a zero (0) rating, I will! They have never tried reaching out to me! I paid $25.99 including shipping for nothing!

Just received my Acu Pen about a week ago. Used it on my swollen/painful knees and can already feel some improvement. I will continue using it and keep you informed of my progress..

Yoga Zen Store (yogazensore) advertise on Instagram is a scam don't purchase nothing from because you won't received the product(s). No use trying to contact them, ypu will not get a response & the phone *******957 is a Google # that is for messages & they never call you back. It's a scam, I made a claim with my bank to get a refund. Buyers Beware!

I simply ordered a acupressure magnet to quit smoking for 17.95, Free Shipping. When i received my package on Wednesday, I was excited. I opened the little brown envelope to find a blue little envelope that had a card inside of it. I carefully pulled the card out and it was a blue card that told how to position the magnets. It had a gold mark where the magnet should have been. To my Surprise, there were No magnets any place in this package.

I purchased the accupressure pen and it never arrived. I contacted customer service and they said it was return so they would re-send it. 2 Months later still nothing.

This sounds to me like it could be a scam. I will be reversing charges today.

Recd my magnetic "quit smoking" acupuncture magnets. The only reason I gave 1 for review is they stay on... if you don't touch, shower, brush your hair etc. They do NOT work.
