On 1/23/22 I sent 100 CDs to them to be resurfaced. At that time I paid for the service. According to USPS tracking, they were delivered on 1/31/22. They state on their website that their turnaround time is less than a week. Today is 3/7/22. I have not gotten the CDs back. Their website still states that my order is "unfulfilled." I have called numerous times - no one answers their phone - and left a message each time. No one has gotten back to me. I have also sent several emails, but have received no replies. As of now, I am out 100 CDs and over $100.00. I suspect that they are out of business, or a complete scam. Beware!

Answer phone or return email. Fn with the wrong 1. They got my money and I've received nothing. I would rather choke one of the guys out than give them a $. Not in the "caring" category right now.

This place offers a service where they fix damaged CDs. You mail it to them, attaching your order number, and they send it back fixed. I bought the service, procrastinated for 3 months before I sent them the cd, and then didn't hear back for another 6 months. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, no one answers the chat. I thought my cd, an important one made for me by my dad, was gone forever. Then all of a sudden, one day out of the blue, I received the CD back, I'm fixed, but with the note that said that they couldn't fix it and that they were sorry.? Odd, and still unfixed, but...now I have it back?

Under any circumstances do not engage in any business with these guys. Currently in litigation with them. Three words - shady beyond belief! They take your money, send you broken or damaged items when the pictures on their website are close to new or immaculate (they catfish you). Then when you return the damaged items, they receive them, but decide to keep all your money anyway and then try to gas light you by saying that you're trying to defraud them! My credit cards billing dispute department is shocked and amazed that these guys are in business, but I will be getting my refund. DO NOT IGNORE ALL THESE NIGHTMARE REVIEWS. I did initially and it did not go well for me, don't make the same mistake!

Ordered product on 11/13, trusted site icon is displayed with certifications. Email with order confirmation and charge to credit card appeared right away. Shipping was to be 7-14 days and shipping confirmation would be emailed. I sent a request same day to upgrade my order to a different item with no response. Emailed another 2 times, left messages at the phone number and on the site, still no response. Finally on 11/21 I got an email response ETA 11/23-12/3. So I started requested shipment updates with no responses. I took to social media accounts on 12/8, and they deleted my comments and blocked me. If you read under pictures on FB page many requests just like mine asking where there order is. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card and BBB in an attempt to get my money back. I have reported them to shopify their online business platform and the trusted sites company they have on their site. They are not actually affiliated! Late on 12/8 the order Status now says cancelled but we will see if my money is refunded! Do not give them your business. I have not received an email confirmation of cancellation yet.

I purchased an item on December 27th and it was not shipped until January 21st. That's 24 days my item just sat there doing nothing. It's not like they had to manufacture something or put it together, it was a decades old console. When I attempted to contact them by phone and email I did not receive a follow-up. Multiple emails and voice messages over two weeks to ask where my purchase was and they couldn't be bothered. It wasn't until I demanded a refund and threatened to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau did they ship the item. Not the type of business I'll do business with again.

As the other reviews state, this place will not answer phone calls or messages. They are happy to take your money, however they'll keep the money & you will not receive anything. This is what happened with me. Had to dispute with bank to get it fixed. What a hassle

I'm still waiting for the item I ordered 3 weeks ago. No confirmation of shipment, no responses to my inquiries whatsoever. Phone number out of order. Buyer beware!

I paid for PlayStation 2 and have heard nothing about order. Several attempts at contacting has resulted in being completely ignored!

I actually received the merchandise yesterday. It was late, and I was actually surprised I received it. The console looks pretty good and worked!

It's been almost a whole month and I still have yet to see my order. They do not answer their contact information. They are a scam!DO NOT GUVE THEM UR BUSINESSES

These people are crooks do not do business with them. They made me send a dvd to repair I payed shipping and ever since then they are never answering me it's been about 1 year and never any response I called in store emailed everyone possible messaged them

Like some of the other negative reviewers, I too ran into a lack of responsiveness on questions and concerns that I had over the status of my order. They do not email back and they do not answer phone messages, as the others have stated, leaving you angry and feeling scammed. After about two months or so I got the merchandise I paid for, albeit after leaving a scathing review on their website, to which they immediately removed. It may take a few months to get your stuff but my experience is that you will, you just won't know when!
