“Unable to log in, inconvenient services”

Due to inactivity I can no longer access my Health Savings Account which I need in order to file for tax returns, else I have to go to a local branch and pay a fee for a statement. I cannot provide any feedback or suggestions. My experience with SB State Bank has been the least convenient compared to many other banks that I've dealt with.
