Purchased very expensive ticket to 'David Bowie is' exhibition at V&A as present for my husband. Travelled down from Scotland only to be told his ticket was a fraud. Feel so let down by yourticketmarket.com

I recently bought 2 tickets from yourticketmarket.com an was worried when reading reveiws about them! So when i called an spoke to some1 and found them to be very hepfull and upon recing the tickets when promised!
Would defo use these guys again

Bought Jingle bell ball tickets for my daughter and her friend from yourticketmarket the day after it had sold out. Tickets where a little over face value which is fair enough and wasnt as expensive as some of the other sites. When I called and asked when I could expect the tickets was told they would be e-tickets and emialed to me the next day. Sure enough that morning when i looked at my email there was my 4 tickets ready for download. Now i have one very happy daughter who can not wait for her early xmas present. Thanks Yourticketmarket

I must say i was a bit warey of this site but must say i got my tickets for the ENGLAND v NEW ZEALAND match and got them at a good price... would certainly use again... 5 star.

Rubbish, stay away - never got my tickets and am in the process of trying to get a refund. Stick to Ticketmaster or well known genuine companies. Customer service is crap. In all of my years buying tickets this is the 1st time I have experienced such BAD service.

I don't believe this is a genuine company, I initially tried to contact yourticketmarket.com for information about reading festival tickets, after leaving over 6 messages for someone to call me back I still did not receive any response. I called a 7th time to be to be assured by a man named Stuart that a 'manager' Wayne Watkins would return my call after his 'meeting'... 4 hours later... surprise surprise, no response! I called again and finally got through to this so called manager, I could hear traffic and street noise in the background (if this was a genuine company I'm pretty sure they wouldnt have they're desk outside!?) he was rude and unprofessional and made no attempt whatsoever in showing any interest in my concerns, which just reaffirms that this company is a fraud. I went on to say that I had read bad reviews about yourticketmarket to which he replied 'what do you want me to do about it?' And then hung up the phone!
If indeed this company is genuine (unlikely!) then the customer service is appalling! If your tickets don't turn up or turn out to be a fake, don't expect any response by calling the phone number! Stay well away!

Having paid an exorbident amount of money to see Miss Gaga at the O2 in Feb '10 I received an email from them 4 days before the event (I booked nearly two months prior) saying that basically there weren't any tickets as the vendor was a "rogue trader" & I'd be getting a refund - RUBBISH!

Why leave it to the last minute & why advertise a product that doesnt exist - especially as their website clearly states they verify the seller account before listing tickets & also they supposedly authenticate tickets before listing on the site, where was the authentication & why leave it so late?

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - ITS A SHAM & COMPLETELY USELESS, I'D RATHER PAY TO STAY IN A MENTAL INSTITUTE FOR A WEEKEND, AT LEAST I'D ACTUALLY GET TO SEE SOME GAGA!
