I've made a couple purchases from this site and I'm sure I will make more in the future. The live chat team was very helpful in making sure I got the new customer discount and even gave me a partial shipping refund. Every package came with a discount code card and stickers. When I had a more obscure question I was able to email someone on the team (Jake) and I got a timely and honest response. Their site layout could be improved slightly (mobile version can be hard to use). And I think product reviews would be a good addition. But as it is, YoYoSam.com is my top choice for yoyo products right now.
