I placed an order over a month ago. After my order, I was notified that the product will ship in 3 weeks because it was back ordered. I waited. No updates from them on the day they said it will ship. After a few days, I requested to cancel so I can buy the same product from a different store. It said the request was being reviewed, but I never heard back (where's my money?! They charged my card a month ago). A week later, I get an auto notification from them that my order was cancelled (this was not in response to my order cancellation request). I still don't have my money back. I will never ever shop from this site again.
