I recently sought assistance from the user pxadrian in ticket #******* on Discord. However, after only five minutes of assistance, my account was blocked without any prior warning or review. Subsequently, I engaged in a discussion with pxadrian, leading to a 24-hour block on Discord.
To complicate matters further, I observed that my new Discord account, which I was using for communication, was also blocked, and my messages were deleted. I kindly request a thorough investigation into both the account ban and message deletion.
I want to emphasize that I have not violated Paxful's terms. I consistently set prices based on risk, supply, and demand. The only instance of changing the price occurred when I closed the platform and went to sleep to prevent competitors from knowing my rates.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention another case where a British user requested a price change. When refused, the user left a negative review without apparent reason, and support sided with them.
