Booked a hotel from them and initially the process was good but after 4 days they called and said the price for my room is incorrect and I either need to pay well over $100 per night more or they can cancel my reservation with a full refund. Issue now is that all the other hotels are full. Do not use Hoteling.com. Terrible customer service too and not helpful at all.

However please let me explain that it's written in our policy, that we expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our site and in reservations made using an incorrect price. In such an event, and if available, we are offering the opportunity to keep the pending reservation at the correct price or to receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to provide Accommodation to you at an incorrect price, even after you
