Ordered a set of jj 6v6s i think this should be quick and easy. They didn't ship the tubes till 4 days after the purchase and when I finally received my order they were not even jj tubes. Im beyond pissed off. I get it all the tubes are made in pretty much one factory but if u have the tubes listed with jj on them I expect to receive tubes labled with JJ on them! I have never received genuine JJ tubes not labled since I started building amps 10yrs ago!

We apologize for any confusion Aaron. The tubes were shipped on the day you ordered them. USPS is experiencing significant delays, which we have posted in multiple places on our site to advise customers of the delay and recommend upgrading shipping carrier at checkout. The "labeled" JJ tubes were out of stock during the time you placed your order. These are actually an upgrade, as they are JJ tubes but they have been cryogenically treated. We have received our shipment of the labeled JJ's and are shipping you out replacements today. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
