I ordered a few squishies from this seller and multiple came with tears and the paint falling off of it as soon as it was taken out of the packaging. The packaging also seemed to have been old as it was dirty and wouldn't close properly. We contacted the seller to see what we could do as the squishes were pretty expensive and from ibloom and seemed to have been pretty bad quality, and the seller was quite rude and ultimately said that because they were opened we couldn't exchange or return them.
