I returned the package 8 days after receiving it, but they are not willing to refund because it arrived at their warehouse after 15 days.
What a joke, how is the customer responsible for the time the package spends in transit and possible delays?!?!?
On their website it is not clearly stated that they do not calculate the right to return based on the date you send the items, but from the date they receive them. I feel like I have been deceived.
