The delivery was not complete and the washing machine outlet pipe was missing. The delivery person refused to help.
I tried reaching the helpline number as well but no response.
I spoke to one of your telemarketing person on 19th April and she assured me that i would be getting call immediately but no one has reached out yet. Also, she refused me connecting to any supervisor / manager.
Spoke to one of your telemarketing people on 20th April around 12.00 PM and a repair request was raised.
I requested him to get the outlet pipe organized at the earliest but until now nothing has moved.
As the rent is already paid and I feel stuck with choosing on CITY FURNISH. I have sent 3 reminder emails already and same are attached for further reference.
All this would be further shared in all possible social media as evidences just in case the issue is not resolved ASAP.
