I am honestly surprised that there are still websites up which try this. I thought this was a thing of the past. They offer a free seven-day trial and charge $39.99 immediately.
When I requested a refund, I got an email that offered me a 25% discount or an additional six months for free. I'm not looking for a discount - I'm looking for a refund.
Obviously, I opened a PayPal case.
Wow, I really really hope these people change their business practice really really really soon.

None. I never downloaded a thing. Their trial isn’t really free, so I wanted to use exactly zero of their downloads to qualify for a full refund.
