“WORST COMPANY! NO RESPOND, NO REFUND.”

It's been 19 days and my order status is still "PROCESSING",
8 Days ago i submitted a ticket requesting for refund and i lodged a dispute through paypal, but until now i got no respond,
I will escalate the dispute to a claim if i didn't get refund within a day!
Avoid this company!
Better go to Banggood!
