BravoFly says that they would be in touch with me regarding my change of itinerary request within 2 to 3 days. I did not hear from them for 3 weeks and as a result had to make other travel plans which were costly and BravoFly would not take any responsibility for such unprofessional work.
Tip for consumers:
BravoFly lies about saying that a real person is available in customer service. They lie about the timing of when they will communicate back to you.
