Terrible customer service. Purchased a LP Std Exclusive Model in December '22. Returned it next day.Gibson sent me a "B stock " what they later admitted and offered 20% off - but I refused. Guitar was scratched ( see photo),bridge was unprofessionally installed, buzz all over the neck. They promised me a replacement. Never happened. Cold customer service excuses over and over. They wouldn't answer an email until you call them. I finally gave up and requested a refund after six months of waiting. Unbelievable. Beyond dissatisfaction.
