I was really looking forward to the vibrant pink T-shirt I ordered from Amarebox. However, upon arrival, the T-shirt seemed more like a light purple. A bit bummed about the color difference, I contacted customer service. They were very understanding and offered to send me the correct color item or issue a full refund. I opted for the correct color, and it arrived as expected. Customer service was great, but the color discrepancy was a let down.
