Was a little weary since I had not heard of this company before but their reviews on Google were good so I gave them a chance. After trying all the big well known names and all my local vendors/shops for some very hard to find tires during this rubber shortage, TireGet was able to locate me a set. I spoke to a Carlos at TireGet and his customer service was great and he was really prompt about getting me tracking numbers so I could confirm delivery and track my tires. I received them FedEx ground in just less than a week. Great experience.
Carlos at TireGet was very prompt getting back to me and when I followed up for additional info, he quickly got me the tracking numbers and confirmed pick up by FedEx. With the tracking numbers he provided, I was able to closely monitor the shipment, which arrived in less than a week from my purchase date. Great experience.
This was the only company that was able to find the tires I wanted in stock.
I had past experience with Toyo tires - the only tires I have run on my trucks for the past 20 years. With Covid and the rubber shortage right now, its been very difficult to locate Toyo tires, especially in anything over a common 33 or 35 size. I was buying 38 x 13.50 and TireGet was the only place that secure a set in stock.
