I decided to sign up for a virtual receptionist service after doing research online. I spoke with Lisa, who is a representative of Ecall Center Services, and she helped me decide which plan best suited my needs. She was very helpful and explained every detail of the program in an understandable way. It was a pleasure talking with her, and now I know why many businesses like mine have partnered with Ecall for their receptionist services.
