I'm frustrated, disappointed & VERY upset with my last order.
I was NEVER notified & I was charged for the 2 "Party in a palette Guest of honor 4 Full Face Palettes" wich I ordered for my nieces and the girls were looking forward in receiving them...
I had to call to let them know my order was incomplete, to find out the 2 sets ordered were no longer available and never received an email notifing me not being available...
Plus, the amount being refunded was LESS than what I paid!
How convenient for them:
* I NEVER received items,
* nor was I notified not available
* I had to correct them on the refund; based on the actual dollar amount I was charged and I paid...
This is bad advertising!
NEVER again, I'm done with Laura Geller!
Tip for consumers:
My nieces are very disappointed for not getting the 2 Party in a Palette Guest of Honor 4 Full Face Palettes I ordered for them which were showing to be available when placing the order. I was charged for them!
