I have another tens machine that I have loved, but was interested in this due to more customization options and now I am obsessed with this. There are so many ways to use this, both in terms of the amount of patches you can apply, but also the modes on the machine, most of which I found soothing and enjoyable.

There is a bit of a learning curve in terms of figuring out how exactly to navigate the menu. Even after using it a handful of times, I still get confused and hit the wrong buttons, which can be frustrating, I wish it was more intuitive in that regard.

The battery lasts a really long time and it shuts off automatically when its done, even if you don't manually flip the switch, which is helpful.

It makes a huge difference in any muscular pain I am experiencing. I have chronically tight shoulder muscles and numerous knots around my shoulder blades, and this machine makes the biggest difference in working it out and providing me with relief compared to other electronic and manual massagers I have tried.
