I'd give no stars if possible. Paid what appeared to be the full cost upfront and the following day received an email asking for a final payment in order to complete the unlock process which was more than double what I'd already paid. Apparently this information is hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I felt like it was a random demand and it all seemed very underhand and deceptive. I won't ever use them again. Make sure you read ALL the small print before you pay anything.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t. Go to your network provider who will do it for free and be much quicker.
Products used:
None, I paid for a phone unlock but abandoned the process due to extra fees, who knows how many more unexpected bills were coming!
