I have bought ALOT of products from Infowarsstore.com and for the most part they are spot on. Great deals at times and they come packaged well with stickers and patriot literature enclosed. Kudos on all that but the customer service or lack thereof ruins the whole process. As I'm writing this I've been on hold for the store line for 20 minutes just for them to pick up and hang up. Now thats the store order line because it is the only real phone line that exists, the customer service line(to check on a order that has already been placed) is a direct voicemail pickup and they will NEVER return your call. I promise you if you have a question or anything on an order they will NOT call you back. If you talk to a person on the store order line they will tell you that they can do nothing for you and will pass the message along for some one to call you from customer service, haha you will still NEVER get called back. My particular issue they sent me the wrong shirt and 3 sizes too big, it happens, I get it. But 1 month later and nothing is resolved. Your thinking just email... yup thats a dog and pony show too. Every time they do email me back its an apology asking for the correct shirt number and order number and I send it. Thats the end of that. One time I emailed direct off their contact us page with the order number and product number and their response was, an apology asking for the order number and shirt number. This is terrible. I am no libtard leaving bogus reviews, just a patriot and small business owner who appreciates good service or I spend my money elsewhere. Good stuff but garbage service, buyer beware before you spend money on shirts(the only thing I've personally had an issue on).
