Ordered a new dishwasher, site confirmed payment received and order acknowledged. Next day email advises delivery now 9 days later due to being out of stock. Would have been handy to know at the time or ordering so I could have ordered something in stock. Contacted Appliances on line and explained that no one would be home on the now scheduled day of delivery. Delivery driver makes contact evening prior and is not aware of what has been discussed. So in the end, next day delivery actually means 12 days later because they are unable to adjust their delivery schedule to suit the customer. Stick with the GoodGuys, they are reliable and the service is always good.
