Be aware of "free" products offered by this seller.
I purchased Kirby bags which came with "free" belts for the Kirby. This site does not sell generic/replacement belts and the free belts were not listed as generic. However, when my free belts arrived they were generic and are an inferior product.

I first contacted Customer Service via email and they pretended to be confused. When I sent them photos of what they sent me vs Genuine Kirby parts they refused to email me again, I contacted them several times via email with no response.
Second I used a different email address and presented them with my problem and they responded that the free belts are generic.
Third I emailed the owner asking her to be more forthcoming on her website and how dissatisfied I was. She said "I'm sorry you feel that way." and told me to review their return policy.

Just beware of what you are buying.
