Better Me is my personal online plan to decide how I want to loose weight and at the same time live healthier! I simply love the pilatus classes and then follow it up with another class of workout. I start my day with the exercises and feel refreshed and ready for whatever curve balls the day might give!
Our town's supermarkets do not sell nice fresh seafood or fresh berries throughout the year, so I have to make other plans to substitute salmon, etc in the recipes, such as frozen berries and seafood.
