Dr. Cynthia Baxter of Baxter Forensic Group has repeatedly fraudulently acted as a pimp for www.rottencops.net/dooks by ruining the credibility and sustenance of rape victims of one John Dooks. John Dooks was kicked out of the Calgary Police Services for multiple rapes, forcing sex on victims of crime, bribery and corruption. He paid Dr. Cynthia Baxter to pronounce them insane without even seeing these victims of his crime so they lost their jobs and he continued at the CPS until he was fired. This doctor must be jailed to protect Albertans. She slights patients at parties with her patrons who are sexual assaulters and whom she serves to exonerate. She has hired John Dook's partner in crime Mr. Richard Veldhoen, to save herself against charges and jail time.

Dr. Baxter is involved in this sex/human trafficking and sends his victims social media requests and cyberstalks the unsuspecting targets, mostly women of color, immigrants to Canada. She issues false, fake medical reports to get these victims blackmailed by Dooks who gets them fired from work and then forces them into his sex trafficking ring
