I reached out to customer service regarding a product I bought that I damage with. This is what they emailed me back

Hello Angie,
I'm so sorry but we're no in a position to help with repairs. As stated on the instructions for this item "This product is sold without any warranties or guarantees of any kind and manufacturer and distributor disclaim any liability, loss or damage caused by its use." My apologies!
