Dealing with the manufacturer directly was a nightmare. As soon as I got AKKO involved, everything was a breeze. I sent them my repair quote and it was going to be more than a replacement device. They immediately offered a new device and in literally minutes I had the payout amount in my Venmo account. I can say thank you enough!
