I bought their battery jump starter,
For a product that will save you in an emergency you would expect reliability
However it failed exactly after three uses and in the warranty period.
Despite many many promises of replacement they have simply ignored my request for refund or replacement, saying don't worry we will ship a new unit. Since then their amazon store has been taken offline as well.
