To resolve my issue of the car not being given to me at pickup due to the fact that I booked with my husband's credit card instead of one of my own, I've spoken to around 10 agents. Every time, I was told different things. Their English writing was poor, so bad that a ometimes I could not even understand them. One of the customer service agents promised a solution, but that was then denied by another. At that moment, after spending hours on chats and calls, I decided to take my loss of €700.
