Questionable product, abysmal customer service. Bought a pair of "indestructible" kids' frames from gosmarteyewear.com which turned out to have a defective hinge. They cost $160 and were unwearable after just a few days of normal use. I'd already had prescription lenses put in at significant expense, so returning the frames wasn't an option. Called customer service to see if they could replace the bad part (a piece of molded plastic that probably costs a few cents). Was told to send photos of the defect by email, which I did. Received a reply that they would "get back to me next week". No one ever did. Sent multiple follow-ups, nothing. Had to scavenge parts off my kid's old frames so that he can see. Also, the strap that came with these "new" frames broke within a few days. I've bought frames by the same manufacturer before and never had these issues, even after many months of wear. Makes me wonder if Go Smart Eyewear could be selling knockoffs or returned/defective frames as new - they certainly have no interest in resolving issues with the products they sell. Beware!
